By accessing and using the Pointmatic.com website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pointsmith Corporation, doing business as Pointmatic ("Pointmatic"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.
Pointmatic sends text messages to subscribed users for the following purposes:
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Securing your account during creation, login, or sensitive account actions.
Infrequent Notifications: Sending updates, alerts, or messaging regarding Pointmatic services and products based on your communication preferences.
You can opt-in to receive text messages from Pointmatic through the following methods:
Web Sign-up: Visiting www.pointmatic.com to create an account or complete a dedicated notifications opt-in form. During this process, you must provide your phone number and affirmatively check a box agreeing to receive text messages from Pointmatic.
Keyword Opt-in: Texting the keyword START to (503) 567-5701 from your mobile device.
Message frequency varies. 2FA messages are triggered on-demand by user actions. Notification messages are infrequent and sent periodically based on your interactions with Pointmatic services.
Pointmatic does not charge a fee for this Service. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier for any messages sent to you from us or to us from you. Check your mobile plan for details.
The Service is available on major US carriers and most regional wireless providers. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of Pointmatic’s control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Pointmatic, reply or text STOP to (503) 567-5701.
After texting STOP, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you explicitly opt-in again.
